REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  • Sales Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused containers in their original condition. A restocking fee may apply.

  • Rental Refunds: Refunds on rental agreements are available if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the rental start date. Prorated refunds are not available after use has commenced.

  • Damaged or Defective Containers: If your container arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or modified containers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the container is defective.
